Fall Classic

Tournament Overview:

Dates/Location: October 3-4, 2026, Tri-Cities, WA

• Game Length: All games are 1:40, no new inning after this time.
• Age Groups: 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U, 18U

Format:

• 5 Game Guarantee:
  • Saturday: 3 pool games
  • Sunday: Single Elimination after the first round, with both Championship and Consolation brackets.

Tournament Fees:

• $500 if paid by September 15th, 2026
• $575 after September 15th, 2026

Stay and Play Policy:

• Mandatory for teams from more than 80 miles away.
• After registering, teams will receive a welcome email from EventConnect with a personalized link for hotel bookings.

Umpires:

• Pay at the Plate: Teams must pay $60 in cash to umpires at the start of each game.

Quality and Cost Adjustments:

• Due to the increased cost of securing quality umpires:
  • We've introduced 'pay at the plate' but have lowered the tournament fee to offset this cost.
  • Increased game time to 1:40 for a more comprehensive game experience.
• Field Maintenance: Full grooming between games for optimal playing conditions.

Deadlines:

• Entry Deadline: September 15, 2026
• Payment Deadline: All tournament fees must be paid prior to the event.
• Roster: Must be completed through your team administration page by September 15, 2026.
• Insurance: Uploaded through your team administration page by September 15, 2026.

Additional Information:

• Age Cutoff Date: August 31, 2025
• Game Times: Will be posted no later than the Wednesday before the event.

• Online Payment: You'll be directed to the D-BAT Hub portal. Create an account:
  • Add your Team Name under the "Managed Profiles" option.
  • Use the "First Name" field for the Team Name.
  • Use the "Last Name" field for Age and Coach's Last Name.
