Credit Card Services
Things you MUST know! There will be no refunds or credits for any reason. Any event that is not paid in full, your team will be charged $100 per month for each event up until 30 days prior to the event. At 30 days, the remaining balance will be charged. All events are Stay to Play and you must book through our site, no 3rd party bookings. All hotel fees will be charged 30 days prior to each event and prorated based on the number of room nights paid for. The required number of room night are posted on the tournament hotel page. If you choose The Classic Package, you are required to have three campers in the camp. Payment in full for each camper is required 30 days prior to the camp. If you choose The No Camper Requirement, Your team is not responsible for any campers but we encourage your players to register for the camp on their own. This is the best way for your players to be seen and instructed by the College Coaches. The credit card you are using today will be charged for the tournament fee and camper/hotel fees, if applicable, 30 days prior to the event.

The Classic 3 Camper Package (Campers: $250 Each)

Player Benefits:

  • Each player will be able to choose 2 sessions from (Pitching, Catching, Middle
    Infield, Corner Infield, Outfield) with hitting automatically as the 3rd session.
  • Each player will work in small groups getting personal instruction from college
    coaches at each position
  • More college coaches than ever will now be able to work with and see your player.
    • The No Campers Required Package
    Player Benefits:

  • Even though there are no Camper Requirements for your team, we encourage your
    players to sign up for the camp on their own. This is the best way for your players
    to be seen and instructed by the College Coaches.
  • Each player will be able to choose 2 sessions from (Pitching, Catching, Middle
    Infield, Corner Infield, Outfield) with hitting automatically as the 3rd session.
  • Each player will work in small groups getting personal instruction from college
    coaches at each position
  • More college coaches than ever will now be able to work with and see your player.
    • Monthly Payments

    By selecting the monthly payment option, the credit card you enter below will NOT be
    charged today. Your applied credit will act as initial deposits and your first payments
    will process between the 1st and 5th of next month.

    Pay in Full

    By selecting the Pay in full option, the credit card you enter will be charged the full
    amount due for each event immediately upon click the submit botton.
