The Memorial Day Event is a Stay to Play tournament. Teams participating in this event must make all hotel accommodations using our tournament housing service.
We are pleased to announce our new official lodging partner, EventConnect. The EventConnect software will automate and simplify booking and reporting your rooms. You can access 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and see how many rooms each hotel has available! It is easy to block, share and book!

This is a Stay and Play event for all teams from outside 80 miles.
**In the event you or your team does not book at least 10 room nights thru USA Preps Hotels / EventConnect, you will be responsible for paying a pro-rated fee of $50.00 per room night not met, made payable to USA Preps. If USA Preps doesn't receive payment, USA Preps will charge your card on file. If your team is within 80 miles of the event, your team will not be responsible for paying this fee. The address used to determine mileage will be the address on your team account. Your team reservation or the applicable fee is due and payable 30 days prior to the tournament. If not received it can jeopardize your teams participation in this and future USA Preps events.
