West Coast World Series

COLLEGE COACHES WILL BE PRESENT AND HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO WATCH YOUR GAMES IF THEY CHOOSE, BUT WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GIVE INSTRUCTION TO YOUR PLAYERS!

Since this is a qualified only tournament, Your team will get an opportunity to qualify by finishing in the top 25% in your age bracket at one of our other events held throughout the year. Start planning your road to the West Coast World Series now! There's no better way to end the season than being able to call yourself USA Preps World Series Champions!

Dates/Location: November 9-12, 2023, Las Vegas, NV.
Age Groups: 14U, 16U, & 18U Event Format: 5 Game Guarantee. 3 showcase games, followed by a blind draw and double elimination.

Entry Deadline: 10/09/2023 (EVENT COULD SELL OUT PRIOR TO DEADLINE!)
Payment Deadline: 10/09/2023 (All Tournament fees need to be paid 30 days prior to the event!)
Roster: Completed through your team administration page by 10/09/2023
Insurance: Uploaded through your team administration page by 10/09/2023

Gate Fee Information: $10 for the entire weekend. Club Coaches (3 per team),
Kids 12 and younger, Senior Citizens, and Military are FREE.
Age Cutoff Date: 12/31/2022
Game Times: SCHEDULE WILL BE POSTED NO LATER THAN THE WEDNESDAY BEFORE THE EVENT.
