Team Check-In:

Team check-in is required before the start of your first game at The Shootout Tournament.
Each player on your entire roster must check in at the same time.
Teams will be taken individually and on a first-come, first-served basis.
What is needed: (All documents below will be left with USA Preps and not returned) Make sure it’s a “copy of.”
  • Photocopy of each player's birth certificate
  • Complete roster filled out and signed (Make sure you have updated it online)
  • Team waiver will print with your roster that you print online
  • Team Insurance
Check-in: (Friday) or (Saturday before 1st game)

Dates/Location: July 27-28, 2024, Palmdale, CA.
Age Groups: 14U, 16U, & 18U
Event Format: 2 Pool Play games - 2 Showcase Games - Single Elimination Bracket
Showcase Games 1:30 Drop Dead
Pay at the Plate: Each team is responsible for paying umpires $60 at the beginning of each game.

FRIDAY EVENING 6:30 or 8:15 (1 Pool Play Game)
SATURDAY (1 Pool Play - 2 Showcase Games)
SUNDAY (Single Elimination Bracket)


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Gate Fee Information: $10 for the entire weekend. Club Coaches (3 per team),
Kids 12 and younger, Senior Citizens, and Military are FREE.

 
Event Awards: Teams that finish in the top 25% of their age group will receive an invitation to the USA Preps 2024 West Coast World Series.
*If you qualify at this event for the 2024 West Coast World Series, 50% of your roster must remain the same when participating at the event.
 

Age Cutoff Date: 12/31/2023
Game Times: WILL BE POSTED NO LATER THAN THE WEDNESDAY BEFORE THE EVENT.
